Integrated optoelectronic solutions and precision optical materials

CRYTUR, spol. s r.o. is a leading provider of integrated optoelectronic solutions with more than 80 years of tradition and hundreds of highly qualified employees. The company:

• is a global leader in detectors for electron microscopy,

• is one of the largest European manufacturers of laser rods,

• manufactures precision mechanics with tolerances down to single micrometers,

• has its own cleanrooms (ISO 5–7), thin-film coating capabilities (PVD, sputtering), and top-tier quality control.

CRYTUR combines an R&D team with PhD experts, in-house production of optical materials (garnets, perovskites, silicates, technical sapphire), and a complete technological chain under one roof. Fluid and gas delivery subsystems for semiconductor production lines

UCT Fluid Delivery Solutions s.r.o. is a manufacturing and engineering company based in Liberec and part of the global UCT group. It specializes in:

• the design, assembly, and testing of highly precise fluid and gas subsystems for the semiconductor industry,

• the production of complex modules and subassemblies for process technologies, vacuum systems, and gas systems.
